Color Picker has hardcoded font

The Color Picker dialog has a hardcoded font to show the RGB values pane. This of course breaks if this font is not compiled in, or if you choose the freetype font engine. Now that there is a default_fixed setting, it's not necessary to hardcode this font anymore.
