rawttykb driver doesn't work over ssh
The rawttykb driver uses /dev/tty by default, which won't work if pgserver is run over a remote connection like ssh. This can be worked around by using the input-rawttykb.device config parameter, but the driver could instead be made to detect the current VT and use that automatically.
