configure script missing in server
In server directory is missing configure script. When creating one with autogen.sh build fails. In most cases I get different errors on different platforms (bacuse I have different software installed). I tried on linux, cygwin and FreeBSD. It would be wise to create this script before distribution, and another wise thing would be to list requirement for underlaying software (libtool, automake, SDL, ...). Andy
